The Macquarie, a 30-storey mixed-use development in close vicinity to the Liverpool train station, the newly renovated Westfield Mall and Liverpool Hospital. Traditionally an ethnically diverse working-class neighbourhood, Liverpool has benefitted most recently by the commencement of the construction of Sydney’s second international airport at Badgerys Creek (in close proximity to Liverpool) and other significant supporting infrastructure, which has precipitated growth and employment in the area.
